QUAINT will happily accept any merchandises unwashed, unaltered and unworn with original tags attached for a full refund within 14 days of receipt of your online purchase. All Made-to-Order items and merchandises marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange. If you live within US, the merchandise must be received within 14 days from the date that the shipment was received. If you live outside US, the merchandise must be received within 20 days from the date that the shipment was received.
How to Process Returns
Please click here to initiate an online return. Once your return request is submitted and approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label with return instructions. Returns may also be sent back via alternate methods, however we recommend using an insured, traceable method. If your return shipment does not have a tracking number, we cannot guarantee a refund if your return is lost. Due to the added complexity of shipping internationally, we are not able to provide return shipping labels. All international buyers are responsible for the return shipping charges.
Once we receive the package, your refund will be promptly issued. The refund will be credited to the same credit card used to make the original purchase. We’ll deduct the delivery cost you originally paid, as well as an additional $8.95 to process your return. ( $8.95 charge will be waived if the return is issued in store credit or exchange. ) Please allow 10 business days to ensure that your refund is credited. You will be notified by email when your return package is received and your refund has been processed.
We offer a one-time adjustment for items purchased within 5 days for a price adjustment excluding final sale and Made-to-Order items. For products to qualify for a price adjustment, the same style and size must be available for purchase at the time of your price adjustment request.
