QUAINT will happily accept any full price merchandises unwashed, unaltered and unworn merchandise with original tags attached for a full refund. Sale items may only be returned for store credit. All made to order items are final sale. If you live within US, the merchandise must be received within 20 business days from the date that the shipment was received. If you live outside US, the merchandise must be received within 30 business days from the date that the shipment was received.
How to Process Returns
Please e-mail email@example.com with your order number, items to return, and reason for return to alert us that your return is on its way. All clients are responsible for return shipping charges and should affix a label with a tracking number to the package, seal it and send it to the address provided to you. Feel free to reuse the package we sent to you. If you use a return label that does not have a tracking number, we cannot guarantee a refund if your return is lost. Please note that if there was a mistake on the part of QUAINT or in the case an item was faulty or damaged, the client will be reimbursed for the return shipping charges.
Once we receive the package, your refund will be promptly issued. The refund will be credited to the same credit card used to make the original purchase. We’ll deduct the delivery cost you originally paid, as well as an additional $12.95 to process your return. Please allow 10 business days to ensure that your refund is credited. You will be notified by e-mail when your return package is received and your refund has been processed.
